(Note; these two search warrants, although located 6 or 7 residences apart, are the result of two different citizen tips, resulting in two different warrants)

   Arrested: Kathryn Sorensen, 52, Boise

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled substance with Intent to Deliver (Meth)(F), Injury to a Child (F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Frequenting a Place where Drugs are Used/Sold (m)

   Arrested: Trina K. Loomis, 42, Boise

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance (F), Frequenting a Place where Drugs are Used/Sold (m), Parole Violation Charges

   Arrested: Eileen G. Doman, 51, Boise

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance (F), Frequenting a Place where Drugs are Used/Sold (m)

   Arrested: Ricahard G. Sorensen, 

   Charges:Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Frequenting a Place where Drugs are Used/Sold (m)

  Citation Issued: Evelyn M. Beckman, 54, Eagle

 Citation Charges: Frequenting a Place where Drugs are Used/Sold (m)

    Boise Police Neighborhood Contact Officers, working with information provided by citizen tips, served a search warrant yesterday (February 24th) at approximately 11:30 a.m. at a residence on the 2500 block of South Marlette street. Officers recovered approximately 3 grams of Meth, digital scales, syringes, packaging materials, and paraphernalia in the home within reach of a child children under the age of ten, resulting in the Injury to a Child charge. The child was turned over to the custody of the Idaho State Department of Health and welfare. The suspects were booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges. One individual was cited and released for frequenting.

   Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Frequenting a Place where Drugs are Used/Sold (m)

   Arrested: Gary R. Smith, 50, Boise

   Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Possession of a controlled substance (Marijuana)(m)

   Arrested: Candice M. Vonbrutt, 46, Boise

   Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m) Frequenting a Place where Drugs are Used/Sold (m)

    Boise Police Neighborhood Contact Officers, working with information provided by citizen tips, served a search warrant yesterday (February 24th) at approximately 11:00 a.m. at a residence on the 2500 block of South Marlette street. Officers recovered a small amount of marijuana, syringes, and paraphernalia in the home. The suspects were booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Leah G. Shehan, 20, Unknown Address

   Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

    Boise Police on patrol yesterday (February 24th) at approximately 6:00 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop on the 3000 block of North Cole Road. As one officer contacted the driver, a second officer spoke with the passenger, later identified as Leah Shehan. During the conversation the suspect informed officers she had a pipe on her person. The suspect handed over the paraphernalia with Meth residue in it. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Brynn Eckenrode, 36, Boise

   Charges:Burglary (F)

    Boise Police responded to a theft at a retail store on the 8100 block of West Fairview yesterday (February 24th) at approximately 2:30 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect remove the tags and conceal items before leaving the store without paying for them. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   Warrant Arrested: Laticia J. Cowns, 27, Boise

   Warrant Charges:Forgery (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Forgery yesterday.

    The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into a payroll check the suspect attempted to cash at a local retail store in November of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect attempted to forge the item to receive cash. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
