--------------

Warrant Arrested: Ann M. Johnson, 23, Boise

   Warrant Charges:On-Line Enticement of a Child Under 16 (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for On-Line Enticement of a Child Under 16 yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into an online relationship between the suspect and 15 year old boy from Canada. Boise Police Detectives received a tip through the ICAC network last year. Evidence indicates the suspect engaged in lewd acts on-line, starting in June of 2009. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

Warrant Arrested: Jennifer S. Maul, 24, Meridian

Warrant Charges:Sexual Exploitation of a Vulnerable Adult (New Additional Charge-originally arrested on Dec 4th, 2009)(F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Sexual Exploitation of a Vulnerable Adult yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the abuse of  3 vulnerable adults, reported to police in September of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect committed lewd conduct with the three vulnerable female adults, under her care, at a home in Boise. Boise Police originally arrested Jennifer Maul on December 4th of 2009 on two counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Vulnerable Adult. Since that time, a third count has been added. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the additional felony warrant. At this time detectives do not have evidence that other victims are involved.
