   Arrested: Scott B. Stephens, 28, Meridian

   Charges:Malicious Injury to Property (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a disturbance early this morning (February 19th) at approximately 1:00 a.m. at a bar on the 600 block of South Vista. Witnesses tell police the suspect had been kicked out of the bar for arguing with other patrons. The suspect was then seen kicking a motorcycle until it fell over onto the concrete. Witnesses say that the suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated, attempted to run away after damaging the bike. Patrons of the bar and one employee detained the man until officers arrived. The damage to the bike, including damage to a saddle box, crash bar and paint job is estimated to be more than a thousand dollars. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Travis M. George, 34, Vale OR.

   Charges:Malicious Injury to Property (F)

    Boise Police responded to a disturbance yesterday (February 18th) at a home on the 1700 block of South Manitou. Victims tell police they heard noises from their covered parking garage and went to investigate. They found the suspect in their parking garage and called police. When officers arrived, the victim discovered the suspect had used two walking stones to damage vehicles parked in the garage. On one vehicle, the trunk had been dented, the rear quarter panel had been damaged and the hood had been scratched and dented. On a second vehicle, the windshield had been cracked and a protective trim piece had been ripped off the door. Damages are expected to exceed a thousand dollars. The victims and the suspect are not known to each other and no explanation for the incident has been identified at this time. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Warrant Served: Stephanie J. Beers, 36, Boise

   Warrant Charges:Burglary (F)

    The suspect was served the Felony warrant in jail, were she was already in custody, yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into a residential burglary that took place on November of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in the burglary. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the Felony warrant.

   Warrant Served: Alex D. Huru, 39, Boise

   Warrant Charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance (F)

    The suspect was served the Felony warrant in jail, were he was already in custody, yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the possession of prescription pills during a previous arrest following a traffic stop that took place in December of last year. Officers later determined the suspect did not lawfully posses the pills. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the Felony warrant.
