   Arrested: Joshua M. Crow, 37, Boise

   Charges: Aggravated Battery (F),

    Boise Police responded to a fight in an alley behind 8th and Broad streets Friday evening (February 19th) at approximately 11:00 p.m. Witnesses say the suspect, later identified as Joshua Crow, became involved in a verbal altercation with several people in the alley. At one point, witnesses say the suspect hit an adult female victim in the face. The suspect then fled the scene before officers arrived. The adult female was transported to a local hospital. The suspect sustained a broken nose. Officers, working with information obtained by the victims and witnesses, identified the suspect and located him the following day at a residence in West Boise. After a detailed investigation, the suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

Idaho State Code; CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 9, ASSAULT AND BATTERY: 18-907.Aggravated battery defined.(1) A person commits aggravated battery who, in committing battery:(a)Causes great bodily harm, permanent disability or permanent disfigurement;

    Arrested: Jessica A. Boehlke, 28, Boise

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F)

    Boise Police observed a vehicle driving at night with no headlights near the intersection of 9th and Myrtle streets early Saturday morning (February 20th) at approximately 2:00 a.m. Officers made a traffic stop and contacted the driver, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time. The woman failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .32/.32 at the Ada County Jail. A check through Ada County records indicated the suspect had 3 prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Riley K. Reynolds, 34, Ontario OR.

   Charges:Burglary (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 8100 block of West Franklin Saturday (February 20th) at approximately 1:00 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect exchange price tags on an item before paying hundreds of dollars less than the item costs.  The suspect then attempted to leave the store. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

    The Boise Police Department has developed a positive, productive working relationship with loss prevention agents from many local retail stores, large and small, local and national chains. The goal is to work with retailers to reduce theft and fraud, crimes that can impact consumer prices.
