   Arrested: Michelle C. McMillan, 33, Boise

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled substance with Intent to Deliver (Meth)(F), Injury to a Child (F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

   Arrested: Jessica L. Morris, 19, Boise

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled substance with intent to deliver (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled substance (F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Frequenting a Place were Drugs are Used/Sold (m)

   Boise Police Neighborhood Contact Officers, working with information provided by citizen tips, served a search warrant yesterday (February 10th) at  approximately 2:00 p.m. at a residence on the 6300 block of West Primrose Street. Officers recovered 2.5 grams of Meth, digital scales and packaging materials in the home within reach of two children under the age of ten, resulting in the Injury to a Child charge. The two children were turned over to the custody of the Idaho State Department of Health and welfare. Officers later located 8.5 grams of Meth on Jessica Morris, resulting in the additional charge of possession. The suspects were booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
