   Arrested: Zachary W. Robinson, 23, Boise

   Charges:5 counts of Possession of a Controlled substance (Meth, Prescriptions)(F), Delivery of a Controlled Substance (F), Manufacture of a dangerous weapon (F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana)(m), Possession of a Concealed Weapon (m), Possession of a Simulated Controlled Substance (m)

    Boise Police on patrol early Tuesday morning (January 19th) just after midnight, observed a vehicle perform an illegal lane change. Officers conducted a traffic stop near State and Vine streets. As officers contacted the driver, they asked if there was a weapon in the vehicle. The passenger, later identified as Zachary Robinson, informed officers he had a handgun in his lap and a sawed-off shotgun in the back. A check through Ada County records indicated the suspect did not have a concealed weapons permit. As officers removed the suspect from the vehicle, an open container of beer spilled onto the seat from the suspect's lap. Officers arrested the suspect for carrying the concealed handgun. A search of the vehicle following the suspect's arrest, revealed prescription medications, several items of drug paraphernalia, 3.5 grams of marijuana, 7 grams of meth, a package of fake meth-like material, scales and packaging materials, along with the illegally modified sawed-off shotgun. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Joseph E. Tincknell, 18, Yelm Washington

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled substance (Cocaine)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)(m), Possession of a Concealed Weapon (m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

    Boise Police on patrol late Sunday night (January 17th) at approximately 10:30 p.m. observed a vehicle fail to stop for a stop sign at Front and 16th. Officers conducted a traffic stop and contacted the driver. As officers spoke with the driver, a Police K-9 alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed 6 grams of marijuana and .6 grams of cocaine along with several items of paraphernalia. Officers also recovered a concealed knife located in the front passenger area. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Derek James Tuschoff, 24, Boise

   Charges:Controlled Substance Delivery (F), Driving Without Privileges (m)

    Boise Police on patrol Sunday evening (January 17th) at approximately 5:30 p.m. observed a vehicle with no license plates and conducted a traffic stop on the 4700 block of Malad street. A check through Ada County records indicated the suspect was currently suspended and he was taken into custody for Driving Without Privileges. A search of the vehicle after the arrest revealed 3 baggies containing a combined 19 grams of meth, packaging materials, scales and other items of paraphernalia. Officers have evidence that the meth had been intended for sale. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Blaze Bordeaux, 39, Boise

   Charges:Lewd Conduct with a Minor under 16 (F)

    Boise Police arrested the suspect Friday (January  15th) after a detailed investigation into allegations of inappropriate touching that reportedly took place in December of 2009. The incident was reported to Boise Police on January 9th of this year. The victim, a juvenile female under the age of 14, tells detectives the conduct took place at a West Boise home. The suspect is well known to the victim and officers have no reason at this time to believe other victims are involved. The investigation into this case continues. No further information is available. Further inquires into this case should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorneys Office.
