Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 300 block of North Milwaukee yesterday (December 23rd) at approximately 5:00 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the two suspects conceal items and then left the store without paying for them. Additional stolen items were recovered that had been taken from another store earlier that day. Officers believe the suspects entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charges. The suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

The Boise Police Department has developed a positive, productive working relationship with loss prevention agents from many local retail stores, large and small, local and national chains. The goal is to work with retailers to reduce theft and fraud, crimes that can impact consumer prices.
