    Arrested: Stacey A. Divine, 30, Boise (Male)

     Charges: Possession of a controlled substance with Intent to Deliver (F), Possession of drug paraphernalia (m)

    Arrested: April D. Bingham, 26, Boise

     Charges: Possession of a controlled substance (Meth)(F), Possession of drug paraphernalia (m)

    Boise Police Neighborhood Contact Officers working with information provided by residents served a search warrant yesterday (December 12st) at a home on the 6000 block of West Dorian Court at approximately 10:00 a.m. In the home, officers recovered 15 grams of marijuana buds, a sandwich bag containing 3 grams of marijuana, a glass pipe containing a small amount of meth, a straw containing meth, a plastic bag containing 55 grams of marijuana and numerous items of drug paraphernalia including scales. Neighborhood Contact Officers have evidence that Stacey Divine had been involved in the sale of drugs at the home. The suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: John R. O'Neal, 33, Boise

    Charges: Burglary (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 8300 block of West Overland yesterday (December 21st) at approximately 1:30 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect leave the store without paying for several items. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

    The Boise Police Department has developed a positive, productive working relationship with loss prevention agents from many local retail stores, large and small, local and national chains. The goal  is to work with retailers to reduce theft and fraud, crimes that can impact consumer prices.

    Arrested: Dane L. Gudmundson, 20, Boise

    Charges: Burglary (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 5200 block of West Franklin yesterday (December 21st) at approximately 6:00 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect select a razor, then take it to the returns desk and fraudulently return it for cash. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
