   Arrested: Breka Wilkinson, 27, Salt Lake City Utah

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Prescription Medications)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth & Amphetemene pills)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

   Arrested: Brandon H. Hyatt, 25, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Prescription Medications)(F), Failure to appear warrant on previous charge (m)

    Boise Police on patrol on the 600 block of East Pennsylvania Street early this morning (December 2nd) just after midnight observed a vehicle fail to signal a turn. Officers determined the passenger in the vehicle, Brandon Hyatt, had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. A search of the suspect after his arrest revealed 21 prescription pain pills with no prescription. As officers conducted that investigation a Boise Police K-9 alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of drugs. Officers recovered  1.8 grams of Meth, 17 pills, 5.2 grams of marijuana and a snort tube with residue from Breka Wilkinson's purse in the vehicle. The suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Kelly J. Hunemiller, 40, Meridian

    Charges: Battery on an Officer (F), Public Intoxication (m)

    Boise Police received a report of an intoxicated person fighting and yelling at people last night (December 1st) at approximately 10:20 p.m. on the 1100 block of North Curtis. Officers who responded to the call located the suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, and attempted to calm her down. A cab arrived to take the suspect home. She insisted that one of the Boise Police Officers open the door for her. The officer declined to turn his back to the intoxicated woman in order to open the door for her. At this point the suspect rushed at the officer and struck him in the right arm. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

      Arrested: Brian D. Tarbell, 37, Boise

    Charges: Lewd Conduct with a minor (F)

    The alleged sexual assaults took place at a home in West Boise on more than one occasion. The suspect and the three female victims who, are under the ages of 14, are known to each other. After a detailed investigation the suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Ada County Jail were he was booked on the above listed charges. 

Further inquiries should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorneys Office.

   Arrested: Edward Carmine Jarzabek, 28, Unknown Address

    Charges: Grand Theft (F)

    Boise Police detectives have been actively investigating a check fraud scheme involving the suspect over the last month. Officers have evidence that the suspect has been making false deposits into accounts before withdrawing cash from them. Detectives believe the suspect has used this scheme to steal more than a thousand dollars from various banks in the area. Yesterday, after a detailed investigation, the suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
