    Charges: Counts of Grand Theft (F), 2 Counts of Burglary (F)

    Arrested: Cristhian Ruben Gonzalez, 21, Las Vegas NV

    Charges: Counts of Grand Theft (F), 2 Counts of Burglary (F)

    Arrested: Anna Dzyda LLithya Romero-LLamas, 23, Las Vegas NV

    Boise Police investigated a report of retail theft by several individuals Sunday (November 22nd) at approximately 2:00 p.m. from a business on the 300 block of Milwaukee. Loss prevention employees tell police the suspects entered the store and filled baby carriages with clothing (no children present). The suspects then left the store without paying for them. Boise Police believe the suspects entered the store with the intent to commit the theft, resulting in the burglary charges.

    Boise Police Retail Crimes investigators caught up with the group as they attempted to leave a parking lot of another retail store located on the 8300 block of West Franklin at approximately 3:00 p.m. after another shoplifting incident had taken place. After a detailed investigation the suspects were booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges. 

The Boise Police Organized Retail Crime Unit has developed a positive, productive working relationship with loss prevention agents from many local retail stores, large and small, local and national chains. The goal of the BPD Organized Retail Crime Unit is to work with retailers to reduce theft and fraud, crimes that can impact consumer prices.

    Arrested: Julie A. Salter, 23, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled substance (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

    Boise Police on patrol early Sunday morning (November 22nd) at approximately 1:31 a.m. observed a vehicle with expired registration and conducted a traffic stop near Curtis and Northview streets. As officers contacted the driver, a Boise Police K-9 alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed a glass pipe with Meth residue, a small amount of marijuana and other items of paraphernalia in the vehicle. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Douglas William Lopez Jr. 41, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled substance (Meth)(F), Inattentive Driving (m)

    Boise Police on patrol early Saturday morning (November 21st) at approximately 2:30 a.m. were almost struck by the suspect vehicle as it changed lanes traveling westbound on Fairview west of Mitchell. Officers conducted a traffic stop and as they spoke with the driver they observed a baggie containing a white crystal substance protruding from the bottom of the suspect's pant leg. Officers recovered 1.3 grams of Meth from the suspect. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Megan L. Scott, 28, Boise

    Charges: Battery on an Officer (F), Disturbing the Peace (m), Resisting and Obstructing Officers (m)

    Boise Police downtown early Saturday morning (November 21st) at approximately 2:25 a.m. observed a female attempting to fight with another person in the middle of a large crowd. Officers separated her from the crowd before she began to fight with police. At one point she kicked an officer and wrestled with others. Officers were forced to place her in restraints to bring her under control. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Jesse L. Patterson, 22, Meridian

    Charges: Burglary (F)

    Boise Police received a burglary report Saturday (November 21st) at approximately 5:00 a.m. at a take-out restaurant on the 10,000 block of West Overland. Witnesses tell police that an intoxicated man had entered the open back door and helped himself to chips and mozzarella cheese. Police have evidence that the suspect entered the building with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the Burglary charge. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Ryan A. Hale, 19, Garden City

    Charges: Grand Theft (F)

    Boise Police received a report of a stolen credit card on November 7th, 2009. Officers determined the credit card had been used on multiple occasions at various retail stores in the Boise are with charges exceeding $700.00. On November 22nd of this year, after a detailed investigation, the suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Petre Draghici, 52, Boise

    Charges: Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F), Resisting and Obstructing (m)

    Boise Police received a citizen call of a drunk driver early Saturday morning (November 21st) at approximately 1:00 a.m. With the help of the citizens officers located the vehicle as it pulled into a driveway on the 9200 block of West Susan street and contacted the driver. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, swore and fought with police, refusing to take any field sobriety tests. The suspect has prior convictions for DUI making this a Felony DUI charge. A blood draw was taken at the jail for later evidentiary testing. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
