    Arrested: Rodrigo Gonzalez-Tinajero, 29, Boise

    Charges: Video Voyeurism (F), Burglary (F)

    Boise Police responded to a call of a suspicious subject yesterday (October 15th) at a cafe in the area of Milwaukee and Emerald streets at approximately 3:30 p.m. Witnesses tell officers that the suspect had concealed a video camera on a shelf in a restroom and used it to video tape a female customer in the bathroom. The woman found the video camera and called police. After a detailed investigation, the man was arrested at the cafe. Boise Police believe the suspect entered the cafe with the intent to commit the crime, resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was taken into custody and booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

TITLE 1,8 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS, CHAPTER 66, SEX CRIMES 18-6609.Crime of video voyeurism. (1) As used in this section:(2)  A person is guilty of video voyeurism when, with the intent of arousing, appealing to or gratifying the lust or passions or sexual desires of such person or another person, or for his own or another person’s lascivious entertainment or satisfaction of prurient interest, or for the purpose of sexually degrading or abusing any other person:(a) He uses, installs or permits the use or installation of an imaging device at a place where a person would have a reasonable expectation of privacy, without the knowledge or consent of the person using such place;(3)  A violation of this section is a felony.

    Arrested: Amber Wenderoth, 31, Boise

    Charges: Injury to a Child (F), Battery on an Officer (F), Battery (m), Failure to appear warrant charge,

    Boise Police were dispatched code 3 (lights & sirens priority 1 emergency) to an unknown situation at a residence on the 3700 block of Custer yesterday (October 15th) at approximately 5:45 p.m. Officers who arrived on scene found several people arguing in the front yard. At one point the suspect, later identified as Amber Wenderoth, was screaming hysterically and attempted to shove a Boise police officer out of the way in an effort to reach a witness. The suspect was holding a small child at the time she aggressed the officer, who attempted to calm her down. In the process she struck and scratched the officer several times resulting in the Battery on an Officer charge. 

    Witnesses tell police that before officers were called, the suspect had been visiting the home where alcohol had been served. An argument began, and the suspect became extremely agitated. At one point, witnesses say the suspect pulled a one year old child from his mother's grip, throwing the child to the floor, resulting in the Felony Injury to a Child charge. Responding officers say they believe the suspect may have been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijauna)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

    Arrested: David M. Hanson, 34, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijauna)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

    Arrested: Marissa D. Durbin, 27, Boise

    Charges: Frequenting a place were drugs are Used or Sold (m)

    Boise Neighborhood Contact Officers served two search warrants at a residences on the 1400 block of Rand Street yesterday (October 15th) at approximately 2:20 p.m. (at the same time) after receiving a citizen tip of possible drug activity.

At one residence, 1401 Rand, Officers recovered 1 gram of Meth and 144 grams of marijuana from the home. Officers also found packaging materials, scales and other paraphernalia. Tara Hurley was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

At the second residence, 1406 Rand, Officers recovered a small amount of marijuana and marijuana residue along with various items of paraphernalia. Officers indicated that drugs or paraphernalia could be found in virtually every room of the house. David Hanson and Marissa Durbin were transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

  Warrant Arrested: Sherri A. Goodier, 34, Terreton ID

   Warrant Charges:  Fraudulent Use of a Financial Transaction Card (F)

     The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Fraudulent Use of a Financial Transaction Card yesterday (October 15th).

    The arrest warrant stems from an incident that began in December of 2008. The crime was reported to Boise Police on April 1st of this year. At that time, the victim, who is a former neighbor of the suspect, tells police that the suspect used fraudulent means to obtain a credit card in the victim's name. That credit card was used to purchase a number of items, leaving a balance in excess of $13,000.00 on the card. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
