  Warrant Arrested: Randy L. Cannon, 22, Boise

   Warrant Charges:  Robbery (F)

     The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Robbery Yesterday (October 13th) at approximately 7:00 p.m. at the corner of Howe and Oakland in Boise.

    The arrest warrant stems from an incident that took place on September 10th of this year. On that date, victims tell police the suspect struck the adult male victim in the face outside a bar on the 4300 block of West State street. The suspect then took the mans wallet, containing the victims credit cards and a small amount of cash. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

  Warrant Arrested: Brett R. Bardsley, 42, Hidden Springs

   Warrant Charges:  Grand Theft (F)

     The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant Grand Theft Yesterday (October 13th) at approximately 4:00 p.m.

    The arrest warrant stems from an incident that was reported to police on April 3rd of this year. On that date, Idaho Probation and Parole agents reported that the suspect had been assigned to wear an alcohol monitor as part of his probation starting on December 2nd of 2008. Since that time the suspect has not contacted Probation and Parole agents or attempted to return their property. Probation and Parole agents indicate that they have made repeated attempts to contact the suspect. The alcohol monitor is valued at more than $2,000.00. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
