09-15-09 Burglary charges top overnight arrests

    Burglary charges top the overnight arrests in the City of Boise

    Arrested: Shaimon l. Williams, 22, Boise

    Charges: Burglary (F), Providing False Information (m)

    Boise Police were dispatched to a report of a shoplifter at a retail store on the 100 block of East Myrtle early this morning (September 15th) at approximately 2:00 a.m. Loss prevention employees tell police they observed the suspect leave the store without paying for a case of beer and other items. Boise Police believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft, resulting in the burglary charge. During the officer's investigation the suspect provided false identifying information. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Allan M. Pattee, 20, Boise

    Charges: Burglary (F)

    Boise Police were dispatched to a report of a shoplifter at a retail store on the 400 block of North Milwaukee yesterday (September 14th) at approximately 2:50 p.m. Loss prevention employees tell police they observed the suspect conceal goods and then leave without paying for them. Boise Police believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft, resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

  Warrant Arrested: Jason C. Lopez, 26, Boise

   Warrant Charges:  Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth) (F)

     The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance yesterday (September 14th).

    The arrest warrant stems from a search warrant that was served at a residence on the 6300 block of Lion Court on July 22nd of this year. On that date, officers recovered a small amount of Meth from the residence that was later determined to belong to the suspect. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

  Warrant Arrested: Danna D. Dayton, 50, Draper Utah

   Warrant Charges: Issuing a Check with Insufficient Funds (F)

     The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Issuing a Check with Insufficient Funds yesterday (September 14th).

    The arrest warrant stems from an incident that took place on November 24th of last year. On that date, the victims tell police that the suspect wrote a check to a moving company to move the victims items to Utah. The check was returned by the bank. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

  Warrant Arrested: Mary P. Summers, 58, Boise

   Warrant Charges: Obtaining a Controlled Substance Prescription by Fraud (F)

     The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Obtaining a Controlled Substance Prescription by Fraud yesterday (September 14th).

    The arrest warrant stems from an incident that took place on June 8th of this year. On that date, witnesses tell police the suspect presented a prescription to pharmacists with an altered number, more than doubling the amount of prescription medication. The pharmacy did not fill the prescription and contacted police. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
