08-26-09 Burglary Charges top overnight arrests

    Boise August 26th, 2009 - Burglary Charges top the overnight arrests in the City of Boise

    Arrested: Nickolas A. Stephens, 20, Boise

     Charges: Burglary (F)

    Boise Police responded to a burglary report yesterday (August 25th) at approximately 10:00 p.m. at a residence on the 2100 block of South Stephen Street. The victim tells police that she had been involved in an ongoing dispute with the suspect, later identified as Nickolas Stephens, who had entered her home through an unlocked window earlier in the day to steal a camera and other items. Officers located the suspect a short time later and recovered the stolen camera. Boise Police believe the suspect entered the home with the intent to commit the theft, resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
