Boise Police officers, on patrol near Warm Springs and Eckert shortly after midnight this morning, Monday, August 24th, saw a car parked behind a business that was closed. Employees of that business have recently reported to police a burglary. An officer stopped and talked to the person sitting in the drivers seat of the car, the only occupant of the car, later identified as Brokaw.
