The arrest warrant stems from an incident reported to police on February 29th of 2008 at a business on the 3300 block of West State. On that date a company representative told investigators that the suspect, later identified as Joseph Brown, had been stealing money from the company over the last week and falsifying paperwork to cover the theft.
