Charges: Burglary (F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of drug paraphernalia (M)

Arrested: Jessica L. Dickey, 23, Eagle

Charges: Burglary (F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of drug paraphernalia (M)

Boise Police responded to a shoplifting call in progress at a retail store on the 600 block of North Milwaukee yesterday (July 15th) at approximately 5:54 p.m. Employees tell Police that the suspects, later identified as Ronnie Malson and Jessica Dickey, had concealed several Blu-Ray DVDs and exited the store without paying for them. Boise Police took the two into custody as they entered a vehicle in the parking lot of the store. In the vehicle police recovered several stolen DVD's, a glass pipe containing residue (Meth), several plastic baggies containing residue, a scale and receipts for the sale of stolen goods.  Boise Police believe the pair entered the store with the intent to commit the theft, resulting in the burglary charges. Investigators believe the two suspects may be involved in other retail thefts and additional charges may be forthcoming. The suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

The Boise Police Organized Retail Crime Unit has developed a positive, productive working relationship with loss prevention agents from many local retail stores, large and small, local and national chains. The goal of the BPD Organized Retail Crime Unit is to work with retailers to reduce theft and fraud, crimes that can impact consumer prices.

Charges: Lewd Conduct with a Minor under 16 (F)

Boise Police arrested Onezimo Garcia-Juarez after receiving a report of Lewd Conduct that took place on July 10th, 2009 at a West Boise home.   Warrant Arrested: Steve R. Shane, 62, Boise

    Warrant Charges: Grand Theft (F)

Steve Shane was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Grand Theft yesterday (July 15th) approximately 9:00 a.m.

The arrest warrant stems from several incidents that took place over a period of two months starting in October of last year at a business on the 200 block of South 23rd street. Store managers tell Police that the suspect, who was an employee at the time, stole money from the company by taking direct payment for products and pocketing the cash. Employees of the business contacted Police in February of this year and began the investigation into the theft. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorneys Office and resulted in the felony arrest warrant.
