07-08-09 Manufacturing Meth charges top overnight arrests

    Boise July 8th, 2009 - Manufacturing Meth charges top the overnight arrests in the City of Boise

  Arrested: Edward Andersen Jr,  52, Boise

   Charges: Manufacture of a controlled substance (Meth)(F), Failure to appear warrant (m)
 
  Arrested:  Loretta L. March, 46, Boise

   Charges: Manufacture of a controlled substance (Meth)(F)
 
  Arrested: Raquel Forester, 21, Meridian

   Charges: Possession of a controlled substance (Meth)(F)
 
   Boise Police Narcotics Detectives, with the BANDIT Narcotics task force working as part of an ongoing investigation, served a search warrant late last night (July 7th) at approximately 11:55 p.m. at a home on the 1600 block of Pomander in Boise. Officers found evidence that a meth lab had been located at the home and recovered a small amount of Meth along with manufacturing materials and residue. Two individuals who live at the home, later identified as Edward Anderson and Loretta March, were taken into custody on felony charges of manufacturing Meth and one outstanding warrant for failure to appear on traffic stops near the home. Both individuals had a small amount of Meth in their possession at the time of arrest. A third individual, later identified as Raquel Forester, was stopped on a related traffic stop and found to be in possession of a small amount of Meth. The suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Donna M. Henriquez, 28, Boise

     Charges: Aggravated Battery (F)

    Boise Police were dispatched to a welfare check yesterday (July 7th) at a home on the 2100 block of North Carmen at approximately 9:28 a.m. A concerned citizen had called to report the incident that had taken place at approximately 2:30 a.m. Witnesses say that the suspect, later identified as Donna Henriquez, had held a knife to the throat of a juvenile male who was visiting from out of town. The child, under the age of 13, was not injured in the incident. The kitchen knife was recovered at the home and the reason for the attack is not clear at this time. After a detailed investigation, the suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
