06-26-09 Robbery and Grand Theft charges top overnight arrests

    Boise June 26th, 2009 - Robbery and Grand Theft charges top the overnight arrests in the City of Boise

Arrested: Nemo A. Rookstoll, 18, Boise

Charges: Robbery (F), Grand Theft by Extortion (F), Criminal Conspiracy (F), Possession of prescription drugs (m), Carrying a concealed weapon (m)

Arrested: Rhiannon L. Perryman, 19, Boise

Charges: Robbery (F), Grand Theft by Extortion (F), Criminal Conspiracy (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a robbery on Wednesday (June 24th) at a home in Garden City. The victim says that earlier that evening at Winstead Park, a man he knew and had an ongoing dispute with, threatened to shoot him if he did not turn over his pickup. The suspect, later identified as Nemo Rookstoll aided by Rhiannon Perryman, allegedly took the vehicle and demanded that the victim pay additional cash within the week. 

    As officers continued to investigate the incident, evidence revealed that the suspects and the victim had been involved in a prior drug transaction and the robbery was most likely a retaliation for a prior incident. Over the course of the investigation, officers collected evidence that the suspect pair had planned the robbery in advance and made several threats toward the victim. 

    Boise Police located both suspects on a traffic stop on the 6100 block of West Northview Street early this morning (June 26th). Boise Police Narcotics officers (BANDIT), working with the Ada Metro Violent Crimes Task Force and Neighborhood Contact Officers arrested the pair. At the time of arrest, Nemo Rookstoll was found to have illegal prescription medications and a concealed razor blade on his person. The two were transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Kristopher B. Roman, 26, Boise

   Charges: Aggravated Assault (F),

    Boise Police responded to a report of an aggravated assault on the 200 block of South Eagleson early this morning (June 26th) at approximately 2:00 a.m. The victim tells police that the suspect, later identified as Kristopher Roman, had been involved in an ongoing dispute with the victim. The victim says that early this morning the suspect entered his home and pointed a butcher knife at him as he made verbal threats. Boise Police located the suspect at a home on the 8100 block of West Marcum Court a short time later. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Michael F. Moore, 40, no known address

    Charges: Robbery (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a robbery at a retail store on the 1500 block of West State street yesterday (June 25th) at approximately 5:24 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect, later identified as Michael Moore, conceal a six pack of alcohol under his shirt and then attempt to leave the store without paying for it. Store employees attempted to detain the suspect for the theft, when the man punched the employee in the mouth and ran on foot. Boise Police located the suspect on foot a short time later, a few blocks away. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

Arrested: Anthony J. Boundy, 51, no known address

Charges: Burglary (F), Resisting and Obstructing (m)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a Burglary from a parked vehicle on the 2800 block of West Idaho street yesterday (June 25th) at approximately 1:30 p.m. Witnesses tell police that the suspect, later identified as Anthony Boundy, stole $100 dollars in cash from the passenger area of the car and had been looking at several other vehicles in the lot. Boise Police located the suspect a short time later on 28th street. As officers approached the suspect, he turned and ran on foot. After a brief foot pursuit he was taken into custody and transported to the Ada County Jail where he was booked on the above listed charges.
