Boise Police Neighborhood Contact Officers working with information from a citizen tip obtained a search warrant for a home on the 1600 block of North 29th Street in Boise. Yesterday (June 24th) at approximately 1:30 p.m. the search warrant was served at the residence. The male suspect, later identified as Francisco Salas, refused to comply with officers commands and struggled with officers as he was taken into custody. In the residence, Neighborhood Contact Officers located a total of 95 grams of marijuana including a grow operation in a closet. Officers also located a small amount of Meth and drug paraphernalia including packaging materials and scales. Boise Police have evidence that indicates the pair had been dealing drugs out of the home. The suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
