06-23-09 Officers Bust Neighborhood Drug House

    Boise, June 23, 2009 - Boise Police, working off tips from several concerned neighbors, arrested two men found to be in possession of methamphetamine in a home on the Central Bench.

 
   Arrested: Robin J. Fulgham, 60, Boise
   Charges: Possession of methamphetamine (F), Possession of drug paraphernalia (m), Frequenting a place where drugs are used or sold (m)
 
   Arrested: Scott V. Hernandez, 38, Boise
   Charges: Possession of methamphetamine (F), Possession of drug paraphernalia (m), Frequenting a place where drugs are used or sold (m)
 
   Cited: Tina M. Martinko, 22, Boise
   Charges: Possession of drug paraphernalia (m), Frequenting a place where drugs are used or sold (m)
 
   What Happened: Boise Police Neighborhood Contact Officers have been contacted by several citizens recently, concerned about possible drug use at a home on the 4400 blk of W. Denton St. southeast of Emerald & Orchard Streets.
 
   Officers investigated the neighbors concerns and found enough evidence for a search warrant of the home. Officers served the warrant shortly after noon Monday, June 22nd. Inside, officers found three people, Fulgham and Martinko, apparent residents, and Hernandez. Officers also found evidence that meth had been used in the home as recently as Tuesday morning. They also found 1.2 grams of meth and drug paraphernalia like pipes, scales and packaging. Fulgham and Hernandez were arrested on the felony charge of Possession of meth. Martinko was cited for two misdemeanors, possession of paraphernalia and frequenting a place where drugs are used, and ordered to appear in court at a later date.
