Boise June 15th, 2009 - A Burglary charges top the weekend arrests in the City of Boise.
Arrested: Arnulfo L. Ramirez, 25, Boise
Charges: Burglary (F)
Boise Police responded to a Burglary report at a home on the 8000 block of Fairview Friday (June 12th) at approximately 3:30 p.m. Victims tell police they witnessed the suspect, later identified as Arnulfo Ramirez, fleeing the home as they arrived. Victims discovered several personal items had been taken from the home and immediately called police. Boise Police patrol officers working with a good description of the suspect, located the suspect a short time later walking in the area. Officers discovered some of the stolen items in the the man's possession. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
Arrested: Shaimon I. Williams, 22, Boise
Charges: Burglary (F)
Boise Police responded to a Burglary report on the 11000 block of West Poppy Street Friday (June 12th) at approximately 5:00 p.m. Witnesses tell police they watched the suspect, later identified as Shaimon Williams, riding away from their home on their son's bicycle. The victim chased the suspect, who then crashed the bicycle and fled on foot. The victim called police who located the suspect in a nearby home. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
Arrested: David A. Oney Jr, 27, Boise
Charges: Hit & Run (F)
Boise Police responded to a vehicle collision at 15th and Hill road May 31st at approximately 5:30 p.m. On that date witnesses say the suspect, later identified as David Oney Jr, rear-ended a car in the intersection and then fled the scene without rendering aid to an injured passenger in the other vehicle. After a detailed investigation, officers arrested David Oney Jr. Saturday on the Felony Hit & Run charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
Warrant Arrested: Randy S. Breeding, 28, Boise
Warrant Charges: Burglary (F)
Randy Breeding was taken into custody at the Ada County Jail Friday (June 12th) on an outstanding felony warrant for Burglary.
The arrest warrant stems from an incident that took place on the September 8th of 2008. On that date, victims tell police their car was burglarized at a parking garage on the 100 block of East Bannock. The suspect, later identified as Randy Breeding, took a purse containing several personal items and a credit card. Boise Police, working with a local retailer, identified the suspect by tracing the credit cards used at a store. After a follow up investigation the information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
