06-12-09 Overnight Burglary arrest
Boise June 12th, 2009 - A Burglary charge tops the overnight arrests in the City of Boise.
Arrested: Benjamin A. Hoger, 24, Boise
Charges: Burglary (F)
Boise Police responded to a report of shoplifting at a retail store on the 8000 block of Fairview yesterday (June 11th) at approximately 4:45 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect, later identified as Benjamin Hoger, conceal several grocery items and then left the store without paying for them. Police officers believe the man entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
