Boise Police observed a car with no license plates at Cole and Fairview yesterday (June 9th) at approximately 3:52 p.m. When officers made contact with the driver, later identified as Bradley Rhoads, a drivers license status check through dispatch confirmed that the man's drivers license was currently suspended. Both the driver and the passenger, later identified as Bradley Bastian, were interviewed by detectives about the stolen property. The suspects were then transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

Warrant Arrested: Terrance L. Allen, 29, Boise

Warrant Charges: Aggravated Battery (F)

Boise Police patrol officers arrested Terrance Allen on an outstanding warrant for Aggravated Battery yesterday (June 9th) at the corner of Mesquite and Armstrong streets at approximately 9:00 p.m.

The arrest warrant stems from an incident that took place on May 12th, 2009 just before midnight at a home on the 6700 block of Fairview. On that date, witnesses tell police that the suspect had been involved in a confrontation with another man. The victim attempted to step in and stop the argument. Witnesses say that the suspect hit the victim with a closed fist repeatedly. That information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony Aggravated Battery warrant.

Warrant Arrested: Joey P. Saunders, 28, Boise

Warrant Charges: Delivery of a controlled substance (F)

Boise Police officers arrested Joey Saunders on an outstanding warrant for delivery of a controlled substance yesterday (June 9th) on a traffic stop at approximately 11:00 a.m.

The arrest warrant stems from an incident that took place on March 1st, 2009 at approximately 11:45 p.m. On that date, Boise Police received a neighbors complaint about possible drug activity. Boise Police received a consent to search the suspects residence on the 5100 block of Stoker Lane. Officers recovered a small amount of marijuana, scales, packaging materials and other evidence indicating the suspect had been involved in the sale of marijuana. That information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony controlled substance delivery warrant.

----------

Warrant Arrested: Amber J. Riding, 31, Boise

Warrant Charges: Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F)

Boise Police officers arrested Amber Riding on an outstanding warrant for delivery of a controlled substance yesterday (June 9th).

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation with the BANDIT Narcotics task force that began in April of this year during which undercover officers purchased an undisclosed amount of meth from the suspect. Further details on this investigation are not available at this time. That information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony controlled substance delivery warrant.
