Boise May 15th, 2009 - Drug charges top the overnight arrests in the city of Boise
Arrested: Crystal A. Woodward (alias last name of Felton) 28, Boise
Charges: Intent to deliver drugs (F), Possession of paraphernalia (m)
Arrested: Brian L. Gibson, 42, Boise
Charges: Frequenting a place where drugs are used/sold (m)
Cited: Boe D. Gibson, 18, Boise
Charges: Possession of Marijuana (m)
Boise Police assisted Idaho Probation and Parole agents in the search of a home on the 700 block of White Cloud street in Boise last night (May 14th) at approximately 10:00 p.m. Officers recovered several baggies of marijuana, totaling 38 grams, packaged for sale at the home. Officers also recovered several items of paraphernalia. Two suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges and one suspect was cited for possession of marijuana.
Warrant charged: Victor L. Hernandez, 31, Nampa
Warrant Charges: Rape (F)
Victor Hernandez was served an outstanding warrant for rape after being transferred from the Canyon County jail to the Ada County jail yesterday (May 14th).
The warrant stems from an incident that took place on December 17th, 2007 in downtown Boise. An adult female victim reported to police that Victor Hernandez, who is well known to the victim, forced himself upon her. That information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony charge.
Warrant Arrested: Jeremy R. Billado, 28, Boise
Warrant Charges: Aggravated Assault (F)
Boise Police arrested Jeremy Billado yesterday (May 14th) on a traffic stop at 16th and Madisson on an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault.
The warrant stems from an incident that took place on February 22nd, 2009 at a home on the 3000 block of West Grace street. On that date the victim and the suspect were arguing at the home when the victim says the suspect produced a shotgun and threatened him with it. That information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony charge.
