Boise Police were dispatched to a call of a man with a gun in the area of Latah and Overland at approximately 11:38 p.m. last night (May 13th). Officers located a man who reported that he had been the victim of a robbery. The victim tells police that he had been involved in an ongoing dispute with a man over a marijuana drug transaction. Witnesses say three suspects entered a bar on the 3800 block of Overland and demanded the victim's wallet. After a brief struggle, witnesses say the men left the business with the victim's cell phone. No one was injured in the confrontation.

Boise Police officers located all 3 of the suspects in a parking lot on the 200 block of North Allumbaugh and took them into custody without incident.
