Warrant Arrested: Todd J. Humiston, 46, Boise
Warrant Charges: Enticement of children over the internet (F)
Todd Humiston was arrested yesterday (May 12th) at a home on the 5100 block of west Catalpa court at approximately 7:21 p.m on the felony warrant.
The warrant stems from an investigation that started in December of 2008. The suspect allegedly used the internet to entice an undercover investigator from Nebraska, who Todd believed was a 15 year old female to engage in sexual acts. The suspect is also accused of used a web cam to masturbate to what he thought was a 15 year old female. That information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony charge.
Warrant Arrested: Michael D. Adams-Frew
Warrant Charges: Sexual Exploitation of a child (F)
Michael Adams-Few was arrested yesterday (May 12th) on the felony warrant.
The warrant stems from a search warrant that was served at a residence on the 4500 block of south Silverwood Place on the 29th of October 2008 after it was learned that someone in the residence had been downloading child pornography files. Officers recovered illegal files from the suspect's computer. That information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony charge. Detectives at this time do not believe any of the individuals in the downloaded photographs are from the Boise area.
Arrested: Garrison J. Russell, 22, Boise
Charges: Possession with intent to deliver (F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Battery (m)
Boise Police received a report of a battery at approximately 8:51 p.m. yesterday evening (May 12th) at a residence on the 300 block of North 30th street. Witnesses tell police that two residents had been arguing when the suspect, later identified as Garrison Russell, threw the other man against a wall and placed his hands around the victim's neck in an attempt to choke him. During this investigation officers received permission to search the apartment and located several items of paraphernalia, including pipes and packaging materials. Officers also recovered 17 pre-packaged marijuana cigarettes, marijuana buds and evidence that indicates the drugs had been for sale. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
Arrested: Thomas M. Shouey, 35, Garden City
Charges: Possession of Meth (F), Possession of Marijuana (m)
Boise Police officers on patrol in the area of 27th and Main at approximately 11:40 p.m. last night (May 12th) observed the suspect walking in the alley. When the suspect saw police, he attempted to hide behind vehicles. When officers made contact with the suspect, later identified as Thomas Shouey, they looked behind the vehicles that the suspect had been hiding behind and recovered a discarded pack of cigarettes. Inside the package, they found a plastic baggie containing Meth and a marijuana cigarette. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

Boise Police were dispatched to a fraud in progress at a business on the 7000 block of west Saxton yesterday (May 12th) at approximately 9:00 p.m. Officers determined that the two suspects had attempted to forge the signature on a check and then cash it at the business. The suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
