Charges: Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (F)
Arrested: Anthony G. Perazzo, 36, Unknown
Warrant Charges: Federal Parole Violation Charges (F)
Perazzo: Boise Police Patrol Officers, working with the Metro Violent Crimes Task Force, the Boise PD Gang Unit and Ada County Sheriffs Office, stopped a vehicle officers knew was being driven by a wanted subject near Linder and Deer FLat roads not far from Kuna at approximately 12:18 a.m. early this morning.
Gang officers say the driver, Anthony G. Perazzo is a documented gang member, associated with an white supremacist gang based in California. Perazzo was taken into custody without incident on a federal parole violation warrant. At the time of arrest, Perazzo had an infant in the car, the child of an acquaintance. The child was turned over to the custody of Idaho Health and Welfare.
Rubey: As Officers were conducting the stop and arrest of Perazzo, another vehicle carrying two men, arrived at the location of the traffic stop and began asking officers what was going on. Prior to stopping Perazzo's vehicle, officers had seen the two vehicles traveling together. During the contact, Police received a consent to search Christopher A. Rubey. Boise Police officers located approximately 13 grams of meth hidden in the suspect Rubey's jacket. Rubey was taken into custody on the above charges without incident. Officers believe the suspect Rubey was going to use the relatively large amount of meth to package for sale.
