04-01-09 Drug charges top overnight arrests in Boise

Boise April 1st, 2009 - Drug charges and Aggravated Battery top overnight arrests in Boise

    Arrested: Jerica A. Lee, 21, Boise
    Charges: Possession of a controlled substance (Meth)(F)

    Arrested: Pamela J. Derisio, 22, Boise
    Charges: Frequenting a place where drugs are used/sold (M), Warrant charges for failure to appear out of Canyon County and probation violation.

    Early this morning at approximately 1:50 a.m. Boise Police entered a home on the 1400 block of West Hays St. in Boise searching for Derisio who had an outstanding arrest warrant. Officers located the suspect in the residence along with a small amount of Meth. Both suspects were taken into custody without incident on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Ronald J. Clark, 48, Boise
    Charges: Aggravated Battery (F)

    Yesterday at approximately 11:55 a.m. Boise Police responded to a dispute near the canal at Jennifer and McMillan. Witnesses tell Police that an argument over concrete being dumped in the canal had escalated into a shouting match between the suspect and a female victim. Witnesses tell Officers that after Police were called, the suspect attempted to leave the scene in his truck. At that point, the victim says the man used his truck to bump the victim, in an attempt to get her to move out of his way so he could flee the scene. The victim who sustained what appeared at the time to be very minor injuries and was not transported. The suspect was arrested for aggravated battery.
