02-23-09 Unrelated drug charges top weekend arrests
Arrested: Michael Jordan Stolle, 19 years old of Boise
Charges: Possession of marijuana with intent to deliver (F), Possession of psilocybin Mushrooms with intent to deliver (F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M)
On February 20th, 2009 at approximately 11:30 pm officers stopped a car at Curtis and Stockton for having no brake lights. A juvenile was located in the vehicle with a warrant for his arrest. A search of the vehicle turned up 29 grams of marijuana, 18 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, scales, cash, various items of paraphernalia and a handgun. The 15 year old juvenile was taken into custody as well.

Arrested: Christopher M Andersen, 18 years old with an unknown address
Charges: Possession of Marijuana (M), Possession of drug Paraphernalia (M), Driving without privaledges (M), Possession of a controlled substance (F)
 
On February 20th, 2009 at approximately 11:10 pm officers conducted a traffic stop in the alley behind the 1800 block of Main on a Ford pickup for failure to stop before entering a roadway. Officers determined the driver was suspended out of Nebraska. Located in the vehicle was a baggie containing marijuana, a glass pipe, and a digital scale. Officers also located 4 pills and 9 capsules identified as prescription narcotic medicines.

Charges: Possession of a  controlled substance (F), Possession of paraphernalia (M)
 
On February 22nd, 2009 at approximately 5:10 pm officers conducted a welfare check on a juvenile at a home on the 500 block of Silver City Drive in Boise. During the welfare check officers located two plastic baggies containing a small amount of meth. Officers also recovered a pipe and other paraphernalia used to smoke meth. The Juvenile was turned over to the custody of State Health and Welfare and the suspect was arrested.
