02-20-09 Additional arrests in Heroin bust tops overnight arrests

Arrested: William Wade Johnson, 25 years old of Nampa

Charges: 2 counts of Trafficking Heroin (F)

Arrested: Jamie Lee Wagner, 24 years old of Nampa

Charges: Possession of Heroin (F)

Boise February 19th, 2009 - Following up on information gained from yesterdays search warrant arrest for trafficking heroin, Boise Police Narcotics Detectives made two additional arrests. Narcotics Detectives arranged to purchase additional illegal substances at approximately 4:30 pm in the area of Fairview and Five mile in a parking lot. Officers who made the arrest recovered 20 Delaudid tablets (a controlled prescription medication) and 15 grams of heroin with a street value of approximately $2,700.00 dollars. 

 

YESTERDAYS  RELATED RELEASE:

Arrested: Antone J. Chacartegui, 27 years old of Boise Charges: Trafficking a Controlled Substance (heroin) (F) Boise February 18th, 2009 - After a two month investigation the Boise Narcotics Unit served a search warrant at a home on the 2300 block of State Street at approximately 7:30 pm. Officers found multiple baggies containing a combined 46.2 grams of Heroin with a street value of roughly $7,000.00 dollars. Officers also recovered 9.8 grams of marijuana, scales, cash and other drug paraphernalia. The investigation into this case continues and more charges may be pending.

Arrested: Sarah N Harshbarger, 20 years old of Boise

Charges: Grand Theft (F), Malicious Injury to Property (M)

February 19th, 2008 - At approximately 9:20 pm Officers where dispatched to a report of a stolen electric wheelchair on the 2800 block of Madison Avenue. Officers determined that two suspects had taken the wheelchair without the owners permission from in front of his residence and had taken it for a "Joyride" in the area. Both individuals rode the chair at the same time during which the electric wheelchair was damaged. Officers believe Alcohol was a factor in this incident.
