12-16-08 Traffic Stop Leads To Multiple Charges

Boise December 16th, 2008 - A traffic stop on Five Mile road last night has led to the arrest of two Boise residents on multiple charges.

What happened: Officers patrolling in the area of Five Mile and Overland at approximately 9:00 pm last night observed a white four door passenger vehicle traveling south bound on Five Mile. Officers saw the vehicle cross over the center divider line repeatedly and stopped the vehicle. The driver, later identified as Jonathan Ball, failed to provide a valid drivers license. Officers observed paraphernalia in the vehicle and a K-9 unit was called to the scene. The K-9 alerted on the vehicle. Officers recovered paraphernalia and a small amount of meth, along with credit cards and several other stolen items. 

Arrested: Jonathan E Ball, 24 years old of Boise

Charges: 2 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card (f), Possession of a controlled substance (f), Grand theft (f), Burglary (f), 

Arrested: Charity C Labuda, 20 years old of Boise

Charges: Possession of a controlled substance (f)
