12-04-08 Drug Delivery Arrest

Boise December 4th 2008 - Boise Police have arrested an 18 year old Boise man for possession with intent to deliver marijuana.

What happened: Last night at approximately 8:30 p.m. Boise Police detectives, working on an ongoing theft investigation, made contact with residents of a home on the 5800 block of Flamingo near Fairview and Curtis in Boise. As officers spoke with the occupants they noticed the distinctive odor of marijuana. Officers searched the home and recovered approximately 79 grams of marijuana packaged in 8 plastic baggies believed to have been for sale. Officers also recovered cash and other packaging materials from the home. 

Arrested: Jerome Fitzgerald Loto, 18 years old of Boise

Charges: Possession with intent to deliver marijuana (F)

Details of the unrelated ongoing theft investigation are not available at this time.
