11-26-08 Noise Complaint leads to drug arrests
Boise November 26th, 2008 - A noise complaint in a Boise neighborhood has lead to the arrest of two people on drug charges.
What happened: At approximately 3:40 a.m. on November 25th Boise Police Officers were dispatched to a noise complaint on the 900 block of North 30th in Boise. When Officers made contact with the occupants of the residence they were found to be smoking marijuana in the presence of a small child. The male occupant was also found to be in violation of No Contact Order. Officers located 35.5 grams of marijuana in one baggie and 2.1 grams in another. In the course of their investigation Officers determined the marijuana was intended for sale. Officers also located a glass pipe and other paraphernalia used to smoke marijuana. The child is currently in the custody of state health and welfare.
Arrested: Dana Lynne Meyer, 25 years old of Boise
Charges: Possession with intent to deliver (F), Injury to a child (M), Possession of drug paraphernalia (m)
Arrested: Ryan David Trowbridge, 28 years old of Boise
Charges: Injury to a child (M), Violation of a no contact order (M), Frequenting a place where drugs are used (M), Possession of drug paraphernalia (M), Possession of marijuana (M)
