Boise: August 17th 2008 - Boise Police are asking for the community’s help in locating a suspect who caused damage to equipment and property at Qwest Arena.


What happened: Between the evening of Aug 16 and the early morning of Aug 17, unknown person or persons entered Qwest Arena and unlawfully operated a forklift on the arena floor causing extensive damage to the floor and the forklift. The suspect(s) was also apparently injured during the incident and fled the scene. 

There is no suspect description.

UPDATE: An employee of the hotel saw a person of interest that morning. The woman was seen leaving the area at approximately 3:00 AM that morning. She was described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 160 lbs with long brown hair. At the time she was wearing a white shirt with levi's and a black best. She appeared to be injured and may have had blood on her shoulder. At this time she remains a person of interest who may or may not have information regarding this case.
