Witnesses say a man walked into the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money. He left with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is described as a white male who appears to be in his mid-40's, approx 6-feet, 190 lbs, wearing a red ball cap with an "A" logo, white T-shirt and blue jeans. He was last seen on foot.

If anyone saw anything in that are that matches the suspect description or appeared suspicious, they're urged to call Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS.

Background Stats: Today's bank robbery is the 4th robbery in the city in 2008. Of the three previous, two arrests have been made. The number of bank robberies in Boise is down drastically from a high of 19 in 2006. Of those, only 4 remain unsolved. Bank robberies dropped to 8 in 2007 with 5 arrests.
