Boise, Nov. 26, 2007 - Boise Police are searching for a car that hit a child on his bike this morning in a crosswalk near Fairmont Jr. High.
Responding officers say a 12 year old boy was on his bike in the crosswalk headed toward the school crossing Cole from east to west at 7:28 a.m.. Witnesses say oncoming traffic had a red light. Witnesses tell officers a car ran the red light and hit the child. Paramedics responded but the boy appeared okay.
