Overnight Vehicle Vandalism's

Boise December 11th, 2006 - Officers are investigating several vehicle vandalism's that took place overnight in West Boise, the neighborhoods near Chinden & Eagle and McMillan & Cloverdale. Damage done totals more than $2,000 to at least six vehicles.

What Happened: The incidents took place late Sunday night or early Monday morning, several vehicles were parked on the street on Stockwell and Creswell Streets in West Boise (one vehicle was parked in a drive way). At this time officers have identified six reports of vehicle vandalism. Officers believe two vehicle windshield's where broken out using a blunt object, possibly a baseball bat. Four vehicles had their tires slashed.

Officers suspect the same individual, or individuals may be responsible for these incidents.
