Babysitter Arrested for Lewd Conduct

Detectives say it's possible there are more victims

Boise, Sept. 5, 2006 - Boise Police have charged a man with Lewd Conduct after he was accused of molesting young children in his care. The man worked as a babysitter. Detectives are concerned that there may be more victims in cases that have not yet been reported.

    Arrested: Ronald William "Will" Ngabirano, aka Will Kobusinguie, 25

    Charged: Lewd Conduct with a Minor. Ngabirano is currently in the Ada County Jail on $1 Million bond.

    Background: Boise Police arrested Ngabirano August 27th. Since then, detectives have learned Ngabirano offered his services as a babysitter to families who live in large apartment complexes in the West Bench area. Further specifics are not being released to protect the location of known victims. Officers say the victims are young boys and girls under the age of 12 who were left in Ngabirano's care.

So far, investigating officers have identified five victims connected to Ngabirano. Detectives are concerned that there may be others. Anyone with any information on this case is urged to call CrimeStoppers at 343-COPS.
