Lewd Conduct Suspect Sought

Boise August 9th 2006. Boise Police are asking the public for help in locating a lewd conduct suspect. Last night, tuesday August 8th at approximately 6:42 PM dispatch received a call from a home on the 3100 block of South Apple street. A minor girl, under the age of 11 stated that she had let the suspect, who was known to her, into her home. He then attempted to force himself upon her. She was able to get away from the suspect and ran to the neighbors house where they called police. The victim identified the suspect as Patrick Zacharias, 33 years old of Boise.

Detectives, school resource officers, patrol, and the metro task force have been searching the area and other locations for Zacharias since the incident. A warrant for lewd conduct with a minor and battery with intent to commit a serious felony has been issued. Officers believe he may still be in the area. At this time detectives want to ask the public for their help in catching this individual.

Suspect Information:

Patric Zacharias, 33 years of age is described as 5"4, 190 lbs with blue eyes and brown hair. He has a cross tattoo on his chest.
