US Marshal Searches for 2 Fugitives

Boise, January 26, 2006 – The US Marshal in Boise is requesting the public’s help in locating two fugitives. Anyone who may have any information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS.

Media Contact: Richard Craig or Dan Stanford, US Marshal, 334-9383 Fugitive Brian Agee - wanted on a failure to appear warrant stemming from an Aggravated DUI arrest in May, 2005.

Agee is described as a white male, 5'11", 200 lbs, short brown hair with a goatee and blue eyes.

Officers consider Agee armed and dangerous.

Fugitive Vance Dwaine Caswell - Caswell is wanted for escape from the Port of Hope Halfway House in Nampa the evening of Tuesday, January 24th, 2006. Caswell was serving a sentence for Armed Bank Robbery from June, 2000 in Boise.

Caswell, 30, is a white male, 5'6", 130 lbs, brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a scar by his left eye and a scar on his back. Caswell may be driving a red, 4-door 1990 Acura Integra, Idaho license plate 2C Z8713.

Caswell has used the alias of James Donavan. Caswell should be considered armed and dangerous.
