What if I want to commend an employee, file a complaint, or just ask a question?

There are several ways to commend an employee, file a complaint, make an inquiry or a suggestion about policies or procedures.

  • You can contact the Office of Internal Affairs at (208) 570-6160, if no answer, please contact police dispatch at (208) 377-6790 and ask for a supervisor.
  • You can complete the various forms by clicking here, or by e-mail at BPD_IA@cityofboise.org, or fax it to (208) 570-6109
  • You can mail it to:
